A new courtyard patio with pergola and waterfall highlights this backyard renovation.  An existing and cracked concrete pad was replaced with a new paver patio surrounded by seat walls and a 4’ high waterfall along the back.  The 12x16 pergola provides ample space for a large 9’ dining table.  A built in grill island anchors the right hand side of the patio with a seating area on the left.  As the sun goes down the patio really comes to life.
